 Design a follow-up scheme with the client. 

  • A new management system requires weekly follow-ups, with monthly and quarterly reviews. 
  • It is recommended that the follow-up be supported for a limited time and that the company continues it, making it a habit that will allow the company to validate how the system improves, learns, is redesigned, and focuses on achieving the defined results.

Siztema offers Post-workshops implementation support for a limited time, consisting of several weekly, monthly, and quarterly sessions.

The usual support is to start with weekly sessions, then move to monthly sessions, and finally to quarterly sessions. The duration of the support can be extended or reduced based on what is agreed upon with each client.
